This page explains what personal data Atlantic Youngtimers collects when you sign up, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.

Who is responsible

Atlantic Youngtimers is an information project run by InfoLayer, a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42074128. For any privacy question or request, email hello@atlanticyoungtimers.com.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect the email address you enter, plus the date and source of your signup. We do not ask for your name, address, or any payment details, and we do not buy or sell data.

Why we use it and the legal basis

We use your email address to send you the free import guide and one informational email a month. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming your address. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.

Who processes the data

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The signup form may set functional cookies needed to work. That is all.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@atlanticyoungtimers.com and we will act on it. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you, no questions asked.
